What we cannot help with
- Selling tickets. We do not sell Kerala lottery tickets and cannot buy one on your behalf. Tickets are sold only in physical form by licensed agents inside Kerala.
- Paying prizes. We do not hold, process or pay out prize money. Prizes up to ₹5,000 are claimed at any lottery shop in Kerala; above that, at a district lottery office within 30 days, with the original ticket and ID proof.
- Official confirmation. Only the Kerala Government Gazette can confirm a winning ticket. Please verify there before acting on anything you read here.
- Fee requests. We will never ask you for money, bank details or an OTP. If someone does so using our name, report it to us and to the police.
